What should I do if Accordance won’t open?

If Accordance is crashing after opening, you may have a corrupt startup session file. Try clicking on the Accordance icon while holding down the ‘option’ or ‘alt’ key. The Accordance Safe Mode window will open. Check ‘Remove Startup Session’ and then click ‘Launch Accordance’. 

If Accordance is still crashing when opening, hold down the option key or alt and click on the Accordance icon to get the Accordance Safe Mode again. This time, check ‘Remove Startup Session’ and check ‘Remove General Settings’. You will be taken back through the setup assistant and should be good to go.
