Why can’t I download products from the My Products page?

The My Products page now only lists the products you’ve purchased so far. To download any of your purchased products, you must use the Easy Install feature found under the Accordance menu (Mac) or Utilities menu (PC) within the software. You can download the latest Accordance program here.
