Welcome to the new Accordance Community! Here are some of the benefits and new features you can begin enjoying:
- It is easy to submit feedback to us (feature and module requests, bug reports, and module correction reports), and the feedback is also directly accessible by our teams.
- You can now vote on feedback, so everyone can see the most popular feedback requests.
- We will provide status updates on feedback (such as “Planned”, “Not Planned”, “In Progress”, and “Completed”) so you can quickly see at-a-glance where we are in our product roadmap.
- You can continue to ask questions about topics such as Biblical language searches, user files, etc., and we can spotlight useful questions throughout our new support center.

We now offer a new, fully-searchable self-service support portal and knowledgebase. This will include regular content updates with training articles, videos, webinar recordings, etc. It will provide a single place where users can get answers on how to use Accordance.
There are a few pointers you will need to know in order to get started using the new Accordance Community:
- The new Accordance Community uses an entirely new technology. You will need to go through a quick re-signup process, but you will do so by still using your existing Accordance account login, so this should take a matter of moments to re-join.
- Most of our Accordance Announcements are being moved to our blog, social media, and email newsletters so we can begin regularly communicating various updates directly to customers in a format that will ensure maximum reach in our communications.
- For non-searching how-to or tech support questions, please email Accordance Technical Support. Please post syntax searching questions under Biblical Languages Searching Help.
