With the launch of the new Accordance Community, we will not be responding to individual requests for status updates.
Instead, we will automatically assign "Status Tags" to posts on the Accordance Community. These "Status Tags" will either be near the title of the post, at the bottom of the post, or in both locations in some instances.
Customers could see some of the following "Status Tags" across the Accordance Community:
- Submitted: We have received or read the user's feedback.
- Planned: We are planning to implement the user's feedback at a future date (Feature and Module Requests only).
- Not Planned: We are not currently planning to implement the user's feedback (Feature and Module Requests only).
- Confirmed: Used for bug reports once we can confirm or reproduce a bug report (Bug Reports only).
- Not Confirmed: Used for bug reports we cannot confirm or reproduce. We may ask for additional information from the user (Bug Reports only).
- In Progress: We are actively working on the user's feedback.
- Completed: We have completed the user's feedback. We may include an Accordance version number or a potential module release date if we have it to share.
- Answered: For help questions, we may occasionally tag questions that have been answered to make it easier for users to see which questions they would like to answer (Help questions only).
