No, they haven't tried safe mode. But this is clearly a new Accordance issue. Please let us know how to save the preferences so they don't change with each start up.

I have the same problem - I cannot access the Israeli keyboard in Accordance even though I have selected it in the preferences. The Israeli keyboard only kicks in when I switch my computer's langua...
