Accordance will not save session preferences

I'm running on the latest Accordance as well as the newest Tahoe 26.0.1. 

I keep changing my preference to Accordance to have it open to a default session. I save it, and then when I reopen Accordance, it automatically goes back to the setting ‘Last Session.’ 

I have a video of it but I'm not sure where to upload it to.
