14.1.b3 frequent crashing on Window 10

I installed 14.1.b3 on my Windows 10 computer today.  I had two “silent” crashes on it in a short period of time.  “Silent” in that there was no warning box, Accordance just suddenly quit.   The first time I had just clicked the library button.  The second time I had just clicked on the File menu.  In both cases I had run Easy Install and/or Update (Contents) shortly before.

  In addition to these crashes, I've  gotten two  “Accordance Error” warning boxes, offering me the option to click “OK” to shut down Accordance or “Ignore” with dire warnings about what could happen if I did not shut down.

  14.1.b3 is running fine on my two Windows 11 machines. Sync works as it did previously, as well.
