Have Crossover Version. Having problems downloading my content.
AnsweredI have a Bibleworks Crossover version and I'm trying to reinstall my copy of Accordance. The FAQ says that I should download the trial software and then go to the Utilities menu. The problem is that after I have downloaded the program a dialog box appears that says my trial version has expired. It gives me two buttons as options. 1) Purchase Full Version, 2) Check Purchase Status. When I check Purchase Full Version it shows a Cart where I could order if I wanted to. The Check Purchase Status button returns a red ‘X’. I'm not sure exactly what the X means but I assume it means that the status is invalid or something to that extent.
Could you direct me how I can reinstall my software?
