Windows: Dark Mode issues

There are a handful of issues with Dark Mode in Accordance 14.0.11 on Windows 11 (tested on both Dell and HP machines). 

• Main toolbar icons are still black in Dark Mode
• Reading/Research Preferences still has some areas in white boxes that are not fully optimized for Dark Mode

If you are seeing additional areas where Dark Mode adjustments need to be made, please comment below. If this is an issue that is important to you, you can also vote on it.

  Yes, this is a long-term unresolved issue especially on Windows.

  ... , agreed.  I reported this issue back when dark mode was first introduced to Windows version of Accordance 14.

  Yes, this is a very annoying issue, especially in dialogs such as the Select Root forms, where the list of choices is unreadable. I also reported on this issue a long time ago.
