Copy as citation

I would like to have first line indents and LORD in Small caps when copying as citation whether Biblical text or from resources.

  When can we expect anyone to respond to any requests. It is one thing to say a request is “submitted” it's another to have some issue a comment as to the possibility of it happening. Can this be done? When can it be done? If it cannot be done, why? Those are all questions that should not be difficult to answer.
