Getting Started with the Accordance Syncing Open Beta

We have released Accordance Syncing as an "open beta" to all our customers. This allows our customers to "opt in" to try Accordance Syncing while we make final adjustments to it. Once we have received enough feedback from customers on it, we will release the final public release to customers in the main public build of Accordance.

Customers will want to first read these articles concerning how the Accordance Beta Program works for Desktop and Mobile. Customers do not need to complete a form to join the Accordance Desktop Program during this time. This is a public beta of Accordance. Customers will need to complete the form to join the Accordance Mobile Beta unless they are already enrolled in Accordance Mobile Beta builds on TestFlight, as we have a limited number of spaces available for beta testing on mobile.

In order to start beta testing the Accordance Syncing Open Beta on your devices, you will need to download the latest version of Accordance Aleph, our Accordance Beta version. Click here to download the latest version of Accordance Aleph.

Please do not send feedback and bug reports concerning the Accordance Syncing Open Beta to Accordance Technical Support. Please post feedback concerning the Desktop Beta here and the Mobile Beta here.

Things to note:

• Accordance Aleph uses slightly different preferences than the main Accordance, so don't be alarmed if your toolbar preferences or other minor settings don't transfer over.
• You should be able to switch back to the public version of Accordance if Accordance Aleph is ever too unstable for use.
• An updated EULA will be presented with a new section on Accordance Syncing.
• Dropbox syncing was removed in version 14.1.  
• At this time, you can only perform manual syncing and User Note conflicts are automatically resolved.
• Now you can optionally sync your Preferences.
