This could be caused by one of the several default text settings in Accordance.
In Preferences > Search Tabs, Check the Settings for new search tabs > Text.
In Preferences > Tool Display > HyperText, Check the Text and Alternate Text.
In Preferences > Web & Text Browser > Hypertext, Check the Text and Alternate Texts.
Right Click on the Info Pane window and select Set Info Pane Options > HyperText, Check the Text and Alternate Text.
From the Help drop down menu please run the Setup Assistant.
Sometimes in these settings above it is necessary to change the listed texts and the alternate texts (even if it is not the ESVi) and then change them back again, in order to clear a glitch that may have occurred.
As a last resort, you can reset your General settings in Accordance Safe Mode. If you are on Mac, press your ‘option’ key as you open Accordance in order to open Accordance Safe Mode.
If you are on a Windows PC, press and hold your ‘alt’ key ‘immediately after’ you click on the Accordance icon in order to open Accordance Safe Mode.
Please select ‘Remove General Settings’ and then relaunch Accordance. This will reset some of your personal preferences and you will need to put in your name and account information again, but this is normal.
