Where are the vowels and cantillation marks in the Israeli keyboard?

The vowels require you to press caps lock and the number keys. The other diacriticals are in the option and shift-option positions. Remember that the Character palette will enter these with a click on the character, but the Israeli keyboard position does not display at the lower left.
