External display issue in Accordance Mobile for iPad

I am on iOS for iPad using version 3.5.1 Build 3.5.0.01 November 2025.

I am using an external screen (LG) to display Accordance. In one mode everything is fine when the top menu is displaying, but with the top menus hidden, i.e. when the text should go full screen, then the text narrows as the pic below shows. Would appreciate this being looked at.
