14.2.0b3 Testing : Error initializing Accordance Sync

When I open Accordance and click on the Sync button, I get this error message:

Error with Accordance
Error initializing Accordance Sync: File sync paused because another task was already in progress.

To avoid this message, after launching Accordance I have to count to 5 or 10 and then click the Sync button to initiate synging. 

During startup please stop showing error message and just queue sync process to begin as soon as all startup processes end.
