Copy as citation broken

MacOS 26.6.2 and Accordance 14.1.2. I bring up the menu and select “Copy as Citation” for the text in a commentary source. When I paste it into Pages, the selected text is pasted, however, the citation for the text is not. What do I need to do get this to work? Thank you.

  Can you share a screen shot of your Citation settings?  Accordance>Settings>Citation
