D A Carson's Exegetical Fallacies, 3rd Edition

Earlier this month an updated, 3rd edition of D A Carson's Exegetical Fallacies was pubhlished.  The 2nd edition is currently available in the Accordance shop.  I'm wondering if/when the new 3rd edition might be available.
