Taking Notes

I've just installed the software on my iPad and want to take personal Notes. 

An error message comes up that says: Mobile Notes, amynotes cannot be used…

I did not type that Title,I just started. Then it says: Delete Existing File,  where would I do that?

How do I Start my own Notes file?
