On iPad running iPadOS 26.5.2, any document with a photo has a problem.  Instead of a thumbnail of the image, there is an arrow.  If that error is selected, Accordance crashes.  I have version 3.51, build 3.5.0.01.

  I’ve seen this with certain older modules, but not with all modules with photos. 

  For Example, on my iPad, ZIBBCNT and ZIBBCOT both work properly, but Holman Charts, Maps, and Reconstructions has the white arrow in a blue box and tapping on them causes Accordance to Crash.  

  (If memory serves, in some cases in some modules, just trying to scroll past such an arrow box causes a crash)

  Can you list some of the modules you are seeing this with? I want to check and see if I am seeing the same thing in those modules.

   I checked a few and here’s the result:
   

  Timeline Sampler, Maps Sampler, Bible Art, Holman Atlas - All have thumbnail & open okay.

  Bible Lands Photoguide 3, Photo Guides Sampler, Jerusalem of Nehemiah - Blue arrow facing right & Accordance crashes.

  That tracks with my experience. I started a thread in the “Module Corrections” section as I think this is a matter of these modules needing to be updated.  Because I included links to related reports in these forms in the post, it is currently pending, so you probably won’t see it yet. Once it is up I will try to post a link to that thread, so we can add additional modules to the list there.

  I am experiencing the same difficulty when attempting to open the Uncial Manuscript Images on my mobile devices across all recent iOS and Accordance versions. Please update the apps and tools to remedy this.

  I am seeing the same issue. Any plan to fix this? I prefer to use my iPad for the majority of reading.

  John Duffy  I’m not holding my breath on this issue. My post five months ago about crashes was labeled “planned” by Accordance. The last update for the iOS mobile software was eight months ago. The desktop version works for me but I spend more time on my iPad with this software. I’m somewhat looking at Logos bible software but I don’t like the idea of switching to or adding another platform because of issues with a mobile app.
