Help - Can't open Accordance - Error #0 in the file “My Places.apref”

I'm not sure what happened but I can't open my Accordance program.  I'm getting the following error:

 Error #0 in the file “My Places.apref”

  There were some other posts about this in the thread “It is not possible to use Accordance 14 and beta version 14.2”.

  So, do I need to upgrade something?

  It was working fine before and then it just stopped.

  Mine has also stopped working. I took the upgrade and it didn't fix it. Same error still.
