Highlights

I’m trying to create a new highlight under an existing file. Once I’ve done that, I go to a (style) search, and it comes back with 570 hits. There are only 22 highlights on that particular highlight. I know Accordance is having issues with this, but it’s frustrating when I’m trying to study and prepare and have to stop and spend time trying to fix it, only to have it fail and have to reach out to technical support. I just want to study and prepare! This is really taking a lot of my time away from my studies that I really need. Please let me know if you can help me out here.

Here’s a screenshot from an attempt to fix it by deleting the new highlight and doing another search after creating a new one. As you can see, the same results come back—none of them are what I actually created the highlight for.

On a side note, I recently added a security upgrade to my Mac after numerous requests to do so. I also see that you folks have a newer version out. Not one to rush to new versions of operating systems or apps, I would ask what a person is supposed to do when they can’t upgrade their purchases, and am I being told that it’s not getting fixed soon? I have the same conversation with Apple frequently. I spend a lot of time trying to make what I paid for work.

Having gotten that off my chest, I believe it’s important for me to understand that you folks are probably trying to chase a bull that’s on fire in keeping up with the latest updates. It’s still frustrating.
