14.1.2 Crash & Odd Behavior
Hi, I was using the desktop app and copying some text from a resource to my user notes, and the program crashed. Here is the report:

It was also doing something strange with the highlighting. I would highlight a verse, and instead of the selected text, it highlighted the next verse. I was using the ESVS at the time. Thanks for looking into this.

I have noticed it is easier to copy and paste text into a user tool than a user note. I would recommend, for the user note that you copy just text making sure not to copy any links or pictures or anything like that. Copy small sections of text and save it before copying additional text. That way if it has an issue you at least saved some portion as you go along. And try ot remember to use the “Paste and match style” menu option from the edit menu. That way it does not try to accept special text styles as well. Hopefully that helps.

There is an impending release of a current beta (14.2.0) for Windows and mac OS that fixes many glitches. I was unable to reproduce your highlighter issue, so that is presumably fixed.
