Tahoe freezing when 14.1.2 is open

My Macbook Air (M2) is running Tahoe 26.5.1 and Accordance 14.1.2. Unfortunately, whenever Accordance is open, the whole computer freezes every few minutes. I tried reinstalling Tahoe, but nothing changed. What should I do?

  Switch to some other Bible software. Accordance is a dead program.

  Open accordance in safe mode (Google it….if I post a link to instructions this reply will be stuck in “pending” status). Follow the help guideline you found by googling to decide which boxes to check first. 
  
  If that doesn’t help, call or email support.
