Upgraded and Immediately Crashed
Thanks to “Jay” for the courtesy upgrade, but no sooner did I do so, then Accordance crashed. Eventually, I looked around and got it running again, but it seems very tenuous. The message I was able to pull was the following:
Accordance for Mac aarch64 App version: 14.1.2 App build: 14.1.2 MacOS 26.5.1 "Tahoe aarch64" Compiled for aarch64 I/O Error #0 in the file "My Places.apref" $00000001048CFAC4 $00000001048CE73C $00000001048DD3B8 $00000001048DD810 $00000001048DD49C '
What exactly does this mean and how can I keep Accordance from crashing again.
Thanks.

The programming team is going to be releasing Accordance 14.2 soon, which has the fix for this issue.
For now, please quit your current version of Accordance and run this 14.2 beta instead. In the future when the actual release is out, you can keep the beta in case you ever need it again in the future.
You can run these side by side, but I only run one at a time. Run the beta until 14.2 is released and then run the release version and set the beta aside.
