Android password

I just downloaded Accordance for Android. I haven't used Accordance in quite a while let alone the Android version. I cannot get signed in utilizing the password of the desktop version. I am using the latest version of Android and I need to do a forgot password. Can anyone help?

  I got a new phone and, likewise, the Accordance app for Android cannot verify my login information. I had no issues on my previous Android phone and used it frequently. Please help!

  I remember sometimes it helped to try username instead of email or vice versa. 

  I am not sure though if that is outdated info, but it helped me in the past.
