Citation from book resources - other glitches

When I cut and paste a quote from a book resource (e.g. Lenski's NT commentary) I cannot seem to get Accordance to indicate source and page number, i.e. I can't cite books at all, even though this (https://www.accordancebible.com/accordance-citations/) says I can.  There are other problems, the tutorial videos are not working. Maybe it is my new MacBook (Tahoe 26.5). Maybe reinstall would work (except I don't know how)?

  Hmmm, I figured out how to get the citations working. I had to tinker with the Bibliography and unselect “insert citation as a footnote only.” The problem I have now is that even though I have Accordance set to open last session at start-up, I have to go and unselect the “insert citation as a footnote only” button, every time. Also, the tutorial videos are are still not working.
