Accordance seemingly offline
I've encountered a problem when trying to use the sync function in the Accordance desktop app. It gives the message “File sync paused because another task was already in progress.”

I also noticed that when trying to open Easy Install, I'm asked to sign in but unable to do so because of “Error processing online information.”

It seems like the app is offline or in some other way unable to connect to the Accordance servers. How might this problem be solved?
I'm using Accordance 14.1.2 on MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1 (M4 MacBook Air).
