Interlinear of LXX

You are not doing anything wrong.  The interlinear function depends both on the Greek text being grammatically tagged and on the modern language text (English, German, etc.) being tagged with key numbers (Strong's or G/K).  Without a key number text, Accordance has no way of knowing English words are translating what Greek (or Hebrew) word.

Unfortunately Accordance does not have a Strongs or G/K keyed modern language Septuagint.  Part of this is because the Septuagint contains lots of Greek words not found in the NT, and Strong's (and, I believe the G/K system) was (were) designed only to reflect the words in the NT.  There are some projects out there that have adapted the Strong's numbering system to the Septuagint, among them the Apostolic Bible Polyglot.

In Accordance, the closest you can come is the setup below, but it requires having 1) a tagged Hebrew text, 2) A tagged LXX, 3) the MT-LXX interlinear or parallel module and 4) a key number modern language Bible.  However the modern Bible will reflect the wording of the Hebrew text, not of the Septuagint. [so probably not what you are wanting at all]  Also note that the Greek is not in the order of the LXX, but is taken from the MT-LXX database.  If you reverse it and use the LXX as the base (rather than the Hebrew Text) you won't be able to show any English due to the lack of strong's (or G/K) tagging related to the Septuaint.

Solly Cool!  That solution never occurred to me.  I'm always excited to learn something new about using Accordance.

I really didn't remember how to do this when I first read the OP, but I checked my Rahlfs tagged and saw that I had it set up for English gloss, and then I looked at the Interlinear options I had used to make that happen. I surprised myself at how easy it was to set this up. I still don't remember doing the original setup a few years ago. ;)
