no way to sync Accordance 13.3.5 and Mobile 3.5.1?

Accordance 13.3.5 on my MacBook maintains dropbox sync. 

Accordance Mobile 3.5.1 on my iPhone removed dropbox sync.

So, there is no way to sync the two devices unless I buy Accordance 14?

Or is there any way that I can downgrade the mobile app?
