Unable to Access Greek Diagrams Module

I am able to open the module in two different ways.

Method 1: open the library (the book icon on the toolbar) and find the diagrams module (I used the search function within the library), double click on the module name in the library.  This opened a tab with the NA28 Greek NT, the diagrams module, and the info pane in parallel panes.

Method 2: I created a new tab set to search the NA28T, clicked on the “add parallel” button to the far right, just above the pane(s) and chose Diagram>Diagram of Greek New Testament.  This also works if the tab is set to search the GNT-T.

If these methods do not work for you, I suggest that you open your library (using the book button on the toolbar) and determine where the diagrams model is place within the library structure.  Based on my library, it should be in a section titled “Databases” that appears after the Texts Section and before the Tools section.  At least in the past, sometimes modules would be automatically sorted into the wrong category and create problems/not work properly.

Also, if this post does not resolve your issue, please let us know what machine (Windows or Mac, and if Mac Intel or M chip) and operating system you are using, as well as what version of Accordance.   I'm working on an Intel MacBook running Ventura and Accordance Aleph 14.1.2b2

What configuration are you using? Mac/Windows/Mobile? The diagrams do not work on mobile (iOS).

I normally use NA28, but I tested GNT-T and it worked for me. I am on a Mac Mini M4 Pro running Accordance 14.1.2 and MacOS 26.3.

Try opening the GNT-T from the Library then add diagrams from the Library window.
