I've noticed that several recent bug reports here have received no response from the company. How do we know whether our reports are being processed, and how do we track their progress?

  Yes, please continue to post bug reports here. We log confirmed bugs and add them to our internal development task list. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer progress updates for individual bug reports. When a bug is resolved, it is mentioned in the release notes of an update.
