Which Greek NT module is the student using? Is it the same on both devices? Does either need to be updated?

The student is using NA28 Greek NT on both devices. The problem is showing up only on the Android device. It has displayed the same mistake in parsing with the NA28 Greek NT (Sigla) module on his Android device (but not on the desktop). This was a new installation and update done a couple of weeks ago.

Thank you for more information!  I don't use an android device by I can say that the error does not appear on my iPad or my MacBook.  I am using NA28 (GNT-28-T) version 3.7 on both iPad and MacBook.

I probably can't be any more help, but it would likely help customer support/tech staff if you or your student could report which version of NA28 they are using.

Hi Brian Peterson. I can confirm I've seen this, as well, in the NA28 module over several years using Accordance for Android 2.2.3. Since I never saw those tagging errors in the same module on other platforms, I simply assumed it was a bug in the Android app. As Accordance has made it clear that the current Android app will not receive further updates, I never bothered reporting it.

The student is using version 3.7 of the GNT-28-T text.

Sorry to hear if they aren't going to be doing any more updates for Android. The website still refers to future updates.

Brian Peterson, sorry for my lack of clarity. Previously on the forums, Accordance indicated the current Android app would not be receiving further updates. Instead, they plan on developing a new Android app based on the server-side APIs they are building for the forthcoming Accordance Cloud web application. However, there hasn't been an update on Accordance Cloud in quite some time….
