CloudFlare Hijacking user-created links in iOS devices

A couple of days ago, I started getting the screen below every time I tried to open a user-created, non-Scripture link on both iPad and iPhone.  I have lots of links to dictionaries, commentaries, and study Bibles in my user notes. (Additionally, I foolishly deleted my Notes files from my iPad and I can't get them back – described in another post).
