Unable to get my User Notes onto my iPad

I am unable to load my User Notes onto my iPad with a sync.  How do I get them on there.  All my OSes and Apps are updated to the latest versions.  I'm doing a reinstall of iAccord onto a 2020 iPad Pro.  I have plenty of room on my device.
