Spinning Balloon when I try to open settings

I'm using Accordance 14.1.1 on my M4 Bacbook Air

When I hit CMD , to open settings, I get a spinning balloon.  I've restarted 4 times and it still does it. (while I was typing, it opened)

It also did it when I went to FILE then clicked on Settings.

This should not be.

Settings has always opened in a flash.  What's up with this?

  Oh, yes! I have this sins 14.1.x beta. But was only to lazy to report it.
