Crash & cannot install new stuff

So I updated to the 4.1.1 and it crashed. I also ‘purchased’ the free stuff that was given away, and it won't install.   I'm on the latest Mac OS 26.1 (Tahoe). I had this issue on my work Mac Mini (same os) and my home Macbook Air.  I also don't understand this new ‘support’ system.
