Accordance crashs when downloading the modules upon star up
Hello, I have encountered a series of problems regarding Accordance 14.1. When I tried to install the software and download the modules that I have purchased, the interface for downloading disappeared. I tried again to restart the program, and it started normally at first. When I tried to download the Heritage of Faith Collections, it got stuck while downloading ORIGEN or CLASS* modules.
After 30 minutes of waiting, it still had no response. I had to stop the process and close the App.When I reopened the software, the main interface never appeared. I found that the software was still running in the system background, so I manually forced it to close using the Task Manager. After that, however, the software stopped responding completely—neither the interface would launch nor would the program run.
My current system is Windows 10 Pro Education, version 22H2.
