Bug: Text Citations surrounded with "“"

The settings in Preferences>Citation>Content>Markers reset to “‚Äú” every time I restart Accordance. I can delete it completely and it works great until I restart the program, then it resets to this errant character encoding.

  This is a known bug that should be fixed in the next official release. This release is currently in beta I believe.
