Installer issue on new PC
I recently purchased a new HP Envy laptop (Win 11 Pro, 64 GB RAM). When I attempt to install Accordance 14, the application asks me to log in to Accordance as part of the registration / installation process, but does not accept the credentials. I have attempted this several times, and the login credentials are correct - I log in to the website with the same UID/pwd combination - no problem. I can't get the install past this point. I have even cleared the registry of accordance keys and entries manually with the registry editor, rebooted the computer, and retried the installation. No functional application and my paid-for modules are vaporware. Any similar cases? Suggestions? If not, how do I recover the money I've spent on Accordance modules over the past several years?
