Unable to sync to new iPad
I have purchased a new iPad Pro M5 and can't load my User Tools or User Notes onto it. I have tried using the Accordance Sync (this gave me my highlights files so did do something) and tried on my iMac to do a WiFi sync but this only comes up with an unpopulated selection box, then a message saying I need at least one text on the iPad, which I have several of. How can I get these User files transferred? I have all the settings switched to sync everything on all devices.
Running MacOS 26 and Accordance 14.1.0, and iPadOS 26.0.1 and Accordance 3.5.0

Windows or Mac? What operating system? If Mac, Intel or M chip? What iPad OS?

As stated in post: Running MacOS 26 and Accordance 14.1.0, and iPadOS 26.0.1 and Accordance 3.5.0
iPad is new M5 model, iMac is M3 I think

I have had the same issue. It appears that the sync function for the iPad in non-functional. Also, I have had numerous crashes on it as well. I have the latest version of Accordance on both my M4 Pro Mac Mini and my iPad Pro 13" M2.

I also reported this before in another thread, but no one replied to me. Very disappointed.

Here is a summary of the current Accordance Sync issues:
- It does not work with Wi-Fi Sync (nothing shows in the modal box).
- It doesn’t work with the new Accordance Sync because the maximum file size is only 50 MB.
- Dropbox Sync has been fully discontinued.
Based on these points, the sync functionality appears to be incomplete in its current state, and this issue is affecting users broadly, not just a few cases. Could you please look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible?
Thank you,
Chris

I’ve since contacted techsupport@accordancebible.com who said that this was a known problem with the newer devices. I have sent them an error log which can be created when attempting the WiFi sync, which they are reviewing to try to resolve.
The Accordance sync seems different as if I create a new user tool it will sync without an issue, but the old user tools won’t download onto my iPad. It’s almost like the old user tools and notes are unsupported versions (purely guessing here)

Thanks for the update. If that is the case, it seems this feature was not fully tested before being released to the public. It would be ideal if Accordance could reinstate the original Dropbox sync method. At the moment, user tools cannot be synced consistently across devices.
I am disappointed to see the quality decline over time. I have been a long-term user since Accordance 4, so disappointed about the current state of Accordance.
