NA28 reverting to GNT28

The past few days I am finding that my Greek NT keeps reverting to GNT28 even though I have NA28 as my default choice. The software will not allow me to  switch from GNT28 to NA28, and if I try adding NA28 as an additional parallel text beside GNT28 it simply reverts to GNT28 as well. This issue persists across different workspaces, so is not due to a bug in one particular workspace.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone have a fix?

  I have not seen this on my Intel Mac.  Are you working in Windows or Mac?  If Mac, M chip or Intel chip?

  I would suggest trying opening Accordance in safe mode and choosing the clear library cache option…maybe also the clear research cache and clear downloads cache options.  You can look at the help files or google “Accordance Safe Mode.”  I’d provide the link, but the last post I made that included a link has been in “pending purgatory” for a week.

  Thanks, Lorinda. I am using a Mac with a Mac chip. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it from the Accordance site, but the problem persists. Oddly, if I choose NA28 as the default text then it appears in the Greek parallel tab, but when I revert the default to NRSV the Greek parallel reverts to GNT28. I shall try a Safe Mode reset. I hope your pending purgatory soon passes.
