Quotation marks not rendering correctly in User Notes

The character rendering for quotation marks in the scripture drop down in user notes is not correct. I am using Accordance font as the default for User Notes and ESVS as the text. See screenshot below.

I am using Accordance for iOS 3.5.0 (3.4.9.7) on an iPad Pro (11 inch) iPadOS 26.0.1.

  This is a confirmed issue with other Bibles, but I will also let Mike Garrity know it's affecting the ESVS as well. Thanks for reporting.
