Converted user tools available on all devices?
I have several user tools (e.g., books from pdf) converted to permanent tools.
As far as could see, they are only approachable on one device. Is there a way to use them on various devices, e.g., my MacBook Air, iPad, etc.?
They do not sync through the latest sync option. I.'m using Accordance 14.1.0

Is it possible we could get some guidance as to how to operate the latest syncing regime?
It seems that we are stuck with 50M maximum unless I use wi fi sync. So does that mean if I'm away from my computer and change something on my phone I have to remember to sync my phone when I get home before I use my computer?
I know that theoretically any user note that was changed on both devices should bring up a warning when syncing but my experience is one of the notes gets overwritten or both vanish, so I try to always sync every time I change something, having to remember to do this when I get home is going to be a pain but is that what is envisaged is the process?
Maybe a short video explaining how things are supposed to work and how wi fi sync is different to regular sync and how do I switch between them? (the link above to the help file is not clear on any of that)

Ray Robinson There is currently a 50MB limit on Accordance Enhanced Syncing. Wi-Fi Syncing is a workaround if you have more than 50MB.
Both Accordance Enhanced Syncing and Wi-Fi syncing require manual syncing at the moment.
Mike Garrity can elaborate on how User Note conflicts work on both systems. He would be better at explaining that than I am.
