I saw a similar post for MACOS, but I'm on Windows 11 (virtual machine).  The comments say it was resolved and closed for all Version 13 and 14 users.  Well I'm still stuck on 12.  I've been away for a while and am looking at getting back into some serious study.  I have enough to keep me busy for now, but I would like to get this working.
