14.1.0 Highlighting doesn't work

In version 14.1.0, the highlight files can be opened, but they are not displayed in the text.

  Do the highight files have .hlt on the end of them?

  That's right. The highlight files end with .hlt.

  Highlights are working for me (in rc1).  How are you opening the highlights files?

  Menu: Window → Highlights → Select Highlight Files.
