Search/Concordance function appears broken in 14.1

It appears that even with the update the search (concordance) function returns only the first hit and not all hits.
I have updated to 14.1 and I have restarted with no change in behavior.

You can reset the context in the setting to zero or one.
In german but it easy to find

That seems to have resolved the issue. I had assumed (incorrectly) that my settings would not need review after the upgrade to 14.1. It appears that they do.
