Search for Proximity to MT Division Markers

I'm trying to search for instances in which a disjunctive (waw + non-verb) construction appears immediately after a פ or ס division marker in the Masoretic Text. 

I tried doing this with a construct search in both HMT and ETCBC--see the attached screenshot. While this finds some of the instances I'm looking for, it doesn't find all of them (e.g., Gen 4:1 is missing). 

I also tried doing a search in the search bar--see the attached screenshot. Once again, not all the results appear. Even searching for just [PARAGRAPH] followed by וְ doesn't give all results. 

Any insights into why this is happening, and how I need to conduct my searches differently?
