iPad doesn't show module

on my Ipad, i want to load the NET Bible Notes.  When i go to easy install it doesn't show up at all.  While i have the text of the NET Bible loaded on my ipad, the notes do not come up as an install option.

I also tried to sync load it from my desktop which didn't work either.  it got hung up trying to install HMT W4.
