iOS Beta. Cannot use app at all.

I keep getting this message when I open the app and can’t use it. All started with the iOS beta. Hasn’t worked once.

Two pop ups:

1st: The name "Text Library.apref" cannot be used, since it is used by an existing file with a different type.
Please use a different name or delete the existing file.

2nd: 1/0 Error #-43 in the file "Text Library.apref"
