WiFi (Cloud) Sync issue on German Umlaut

Next issue WiFi sync.





I guess it is THE ONE BUG I have prophetically warned before. Tools and Texts with German Umlaut are still buggy. 

Several facts: 
1. A lot of issues in the past about it.
2. Go to the Library in Accordance, press below the + sign to add a module. You’ll will see the ones with German umlaut are still not greyed out, even they are installed.
3. In some Biblio Info files. (I haven’t found it) are the German umlaut corrupted.

  Another Issue: 

  The titles (plural) with a German umlaut are double in the text folder

  

  

   

  One with the Umlaut and one without. I don't think this good.
